Sham S.Misri
There was a man. His name was Hassan. He was sincere and
helpful, perhaps psychic also. He would
take anybodies grief as his personal grief. He used to mix with common people,
and used to participate in peoples sorrows, and griefs. People had nicknamed
him Hassan Gamsar, as he most of the times he remained worried.
One day he was not in a good mood.
One man said,” why do you look so aggrieved?”
Hassan said,” Today,
I saw a horse, and the horse had no tail. That is why I am worried,”
The man said,” What is great in this to be worried?”
Hassan said,” See, whosoever rides this horse, he has to set
his saddle. The saddle will not fix unless there is tail, as one end of the
saddle has to pass below the tail. Now this horse has no tail. Now that
whosoever rides this horse will fall, and will break his limbs. That is why I
am worried. ”
The man hearing this burst into laughter.
When a man, without any reason, gets worried, we say, “Logun
Ha sa Hassan Gamsar.”
Which translates, He behaves as Hassan the heartache man.
